The editor-in-chief of Le Monde, Emmanuel Davidenkoff, visited Lycée Churchill to talk about the digital revolution sweeping the education sector.
In this video, he talks about the global challenges facing education and how learning at international schools helps students to “think globally” and “open their minds”.
Technology as a tool of learning
Following a tour of the Lycée, Davidenkoff talked about our modern and dynamic teaching methods. He said he was impressed by the use of technology as “a tool to learn, and to learn differently”. He told the story of a conversation with a Lycée pupil who told him that the most important change for him was the use of an iPad, because it enabled him to “communicate easily” with his teachers.
