A message from the Chair of the Board of Governors to all families.

London 6 March 2017,

Cordialement,

Dear Families,

At the end of January 2017 our school was inspected by The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (OFSTED).  OFSTED is responsible for inspecting and regulating schools in the United Kingdom.

The report produced by OFSTED highlights strengths of our school particularly in the Secondary, it also underscores areas in Primary where there is room for improvement.

At the beginning of this term, the leadership team became aware that the change of programme in Primary was not working as it had been intended. The Head of School and the Board of Governors have been working on a comprehensive action plan to ensure we address the areas that can be improved throughout the school, especially in the Primary.

OFSTED assesses the school as a whole. Our overall rating has been determined by the fact that some aspects of the school require improvement. We have been prudent to ensure that the points raised in the report are incorporated into the plan.

Please follow this link to access the full report.

I would like to thank you for your continued support and look forward to sharing the implementation of the action plan at our annual Year in Review meeting to be scheduled in June.

Yours Sincerely,

Arnaud Vaissié
